WMH Solutions
Brand & Digital Marketing Transformation
Overview
While at Digital Ink, I led the full rebrand and ongoing marketing strategy for WMH Solutions (formerly Wheeler Material Handling). I managed the project from naming and brand identity through digital launch, and continued as an embedded marketing partner, building campaigns, assets, and growth plans.
Challenge
WMH was in a transition phase; shifting identity, updating their featured product line, and needing a coherent brand and digital presence that could scale with them. Their previous assets were inconsistent, their web presence lacked clarity and cohesiveness. They needed marketing support across recruitment, sales, product awareness and modernizing their brand. While leading this project, the company hit us with a major shift from being a Yale dealer to launching as a Linde Material Handling dealer – a leading dealer in product and tech but not yet successful in the US markets.
Approach
Led the project end-to-end: brand strategy, identity, web, campaigns, and ongoing marketing.
Created a brand concept inspired by F1 pit crew and their internal team philosophies — emphasizing speed, precision, and high performance to set WMH apart.
Developed brand guidelines and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Managed the website redesign: architecture, SEO copywriting, UX/UI improvements, responsive layouts, faster load times.
Designed a targeted LinkedIn strategy and launched an employee advocacy program to expand their digital reach.
Crafted sales and recruitment collateral to support internal teams.
Oversaw the transition from Yale to Linde MH branding: refreshing logo, visuals, and collateral under the new alignment.
As photography was limited, produced AI-enhanced graphics and visualizations to illustrate new product features, tech innovations, and use cases.
